1、 The after-sales service provided by our company

2. Replacement service: During the warranty period, if there are quality problems caused by the manufacturer, users can go to the dealer to replace the products for free (if the appearance is damaged, it will be treated as a warranty).
3. Warranty service: If there are quality issues with products during the warranty period, users can go to the local after-sales service center to enjoy warranty service; There is no local after-sales service center, and users can entrust dealers to provide warranty services.
4. Repair service: If there are quality issues with products during the repair period, users can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust a dealer to request repair services.
2、 From the date of purchase, if there are quality issues with the product under normal use:
1. The entire machine is guaranteed to be replaced within three months, with a free warranty within one year, and limited maintenance within three years.
2. Free two-year warranty for component damage.
Attention:
1. The purchase date shall be based on the purchase invoice date (if there is no purchase invoice, the production date shall prevail).
2. Our company does not assume any after-sales service obligations for products without barcodes or serial numbers.

Replacement and warranty services are only valid for general use: all human damage (such as user dismantling, improper connection, improper voltage power supply, failure to use according to instructions, etc.), damage caused by transportation and other accidents, natural disasters and other force majeure, repair and modification not recognized by our company, etc. are not within the scope of replacement and free warranty; Maintenance services are charged appropriately.
